Finally milled with an extra soft base of corn silk and jojoba oil, ECO's Organic Cake Eyeliner can be used to highlight and contour the eye area. Chamomile and Vitamin A,C&E make for a smooth and soft formula excellent for dry and sensitive eyes. Can be used wet or dry. Ingredients: Corn Silk, Caprylic Capric Triglycerides, Magnesium Stearate, Zinc Oxide, Vitamin E Acetate, Jojoba Oil, Chamomile Extract, Ascorbyl Palmitate, Carrot Oil.
